What does it mean to move with the assistance of the core muscles?
30 years ago I started to study traditional Kung Fu. I trained with punching bags full of pebbles, kicking them. This destabilized my knees. Now I’ve learned that a strong core helps you stabilize and protect your joints. Since then I have learned how to put the burden of my bodyweight on the core muscles.
In the core muscles integration training, you learn to use your body correctly in whatever events life throws at you daily – getting into the car, standing in line, driving, sitting, walking, running, working out.
Core integration is the first step to promote and support Stabilizing Joints program. Being aware of this information will enable you to understand and properly stabilize the joints.
